    Job Description
    Our Maidenhead based client seeks a Client Account Support with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
    About the role:
    You’ll be reporting to the Account Manager and Head Account Manager. The mission of the Client Account Support role is to reach out to new potential clients that make enquiries with the company and take real pride in helping them find ideal serviced apartments based on their requirements. You’ll guide them through options and assist and recommend which ones to book.

    The role is ideal for someone who is a people person that naturally enjoys relationship building and gets satisfaction from helping people solve problems.

    The role can be challenging at times and requires someone who is very organized, and able to manage a large workload, sometimes working under pressure to meet deadlines.

    Negotiating with suppliers to help reduce prices or find available solutions is often required.

    Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be eligible to live and work in the UK without any restrictions.
