This is a great opportunity to work in a small team and get involved in activities across the organisation. Working closely with the Senior Administrator, this is a varied role where you will work across the organisation providing support for the whole team to ensure that activities run smoothly, those contacting us are supported professionally and that administration is to a high-quality standard.
Entering information onto the database
Answering telephone calls and professionally directing them.
You will also help to co-ordinate the office facilities, ensuring sufficient supplies and sorting out problems any problems if they arise.
You will need to have some office experience, an excellent attention to detail and a passion to deliver excellent customer service. With a good level of education (specifically mathematics and English).
