    You will perform data collections using industry standard tools such as EnCase, FTK, Access Data, Discovery Accelerator, Discovery Attender, Cellebrite etc.

    Your duties will be to;

    • Maintain proper chain of custody at all times
    • Participate in consultation with colleagues and clients to discuss project specifications, workflow and/or issues
    • Export and package deliverables for review platforms or subsequent processing
    • Provide troubleshooting services to clients
    • Develop, enhance and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure a consistent, correct, complete and timely collection and processing of specified sources
    • Provide daily status reports to relevant colleagues or clients
    • Document actions taken while performing data collection and processing tasks
    • Maintain tracking reports for all data collected and processed

    You MUST have excellent knowledge of forensic protocols (e.g. chain of custody, ACPO guidelines), Encase, FTK or other Computer Forensic tools

    Desirable skills:

    • Experience with hardware-based imagers, Linux-based imaging environments
    • Working knowledge of SQL
    • Knowledge of server-side infrastructure
    • Programming ability in C#, SQL, EnScript, Shell Scripting or similar

You will have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience of e-Discovery project management experience gained in either established consultancies or top law firms.

    You will be working closely with experienced and dedicated colleagues in various departments on projects involving litigation, major investigations and compliance. You must have experience of managing various e-Discovery projects from collection through to production. You will have a solid understanding of e-Discovery best practices and processes and will have provided consultative advice to internal and external clients. You must be able to communicate information clearly with both technical and non-technical people. You will have a strong technical understanding of litigation support and e-disclosure technologies, policies and procedures.

    You will need to be highly IT literate with solid experience using Excel and other database products.

    Extensive experience with industry leading litigation support software such as Relativity, NUIX, Summation, Ringtail Concordance, IPRO or MS Access is needed to be successful for this role.

    Ideally the successful candidate will have e-Discovery certifications with the above technology.
