    Job Description

    We are seeking a commercially-minded person to work full-time in a team and further increasing our sales to professional plant buyers, designers, head gardeners and onto high-end residential garden build projects (where the client doesn’t employ a professional designer – yes, terrible!).

    The successful candidate will enjoy a really varied and interesting role with us. We are a happy, experienced and diverse bunch of folk. You should fit in well – and ideally have a background in the horticulture industry and/or have proven successful experience in Landscape/Garden design or contracting.

    Skills are required (at least 2 out of the following – we can teach you the others as appropriate)

    • Proven successful experience in Horticulture and/or Landscape-Garden Design
    • A willing and tested skill in generating leads and converting these into sales/repeat customers.
    • Imaginative CAD and Sketch-up ability (Intermediate level)
    • Knowledge and industry experience in pricing/tendering and Contract Management
    • Proven Management Skills (Labour, Budget and Resources)
    • Full UK Driving Licence

    Hours

    The Role is full time and requires working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. During the spring and summer months, you would be required to work at least two Saturdays a month in place of a Monday.

    Our Berkshire Based client seeks an experienced Software Systems Implementation Consultant with the following must have skills and experience:

    Minimum of 5 years + experience in implementation of Software Systems.

    Skills and experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
    • Intermediate understanding of database concepts and data relationships is preferred.
    • Prior experience with advanced scheduling and optimization applications is preferred.
    • Experience of working as part of a team.
    • Proven ability to be motivated and self-driven when working alone.
    • Outstanding troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention to detail, and data analysis skills.
    • Strong understanding of xml to be able to analyse input and output data from the scheduling application.
    • The ability to review and interpret messages in log files to understand actions taken by the scheduling algorithm.
    • Strong knowledge and experience in Service and Asset Management.
    • Must have good presentation, organisational, and documentation skills.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
    • Ability to learn quickly, communicate ideas effectively, lead team efforts, and utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions.
    • Must be able to analyse and/or design business processes.
    • Must be willing to travel up to 75%, or more, with potential for extended stints of continuous travel.  Majority of travel would be limited to the UK&I, but could extend to Europe on occasion.

    Our West Midlands client seeks an eDisclosure & Data Analytics Consultant with 2-5 years’ experience and the following must have skills:
    • Previous experience of working on e-disclosure projects, covering the entire EDRM
    • Experience of using processing tools preferably Nuix
    • Experience of using e-disclosure platforms preferably Clearwell
    • Experience of using forensic tools such as EnCase and FTK
    • Awareness of forensic data handling best practices and procedures
    • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • A working knowledge of network architecture and large scale software deployments is desirable
    Main duties/responsibilities:
    • Contribute to the delivery of projects throughout all stages of the EDRM, including, scoping, collection, processing, review and production/presentation
    • Operate processing and review tools, specifically Clearwell and Nuix
    • Respond to requests for support from clients
    • Reporting of process against budget and timeframe to the project manager
    • Deliver review training to clients in person and over online meetings
    • Capture of data from servers, bespoke systems and email clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Understanding of Network architecture and knowledge of large scale software deployments
