    Job Description
    Our Maidenhead based client seeks a Client Account Support with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
    About the role:
    You’ll be reporting to the Account Manager and Head Account Manager. The mission of the Client Account Support role is to reach out to new potential clients that make enquiries with the company and take real pride in helping them find ideal serviced apartments based on their requirements. You’ll guide them through options and assist and recommend which ones to book.

    The role is ideal for someone who is a people person that naturally enjoys relationship building and gets satisfaction from helping people solve problems.

    The role can be challenging at times and requires someone who is very organized, and able to manage a large workload, sometimes working under pressure to meet deadlines.

    Negotiating with suppliers to help reduce prices or find available solutions is often required.

    Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be eligible to live and work in the UK without any restrictions.

    Home based Technical Practice Manager (Software/Systems Implementations) required.

    Our Middlesex based client seeks an experienced Technical Practice Manager with the following must have skills and experience:

    • Outstanding troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention to detail, and data analysis skills
    • 5 -10 years’ experience in implementation of software systems
    • Must have good presentation, organisational, and documentation skills
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to learn quickly, communicate ideas effectively, lead team efforts, and utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions
    • Must be willing to travel
    • Team player
    • Customer focused and professional

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Managing a group of professional Consultants (Practice Team)
    • Providing Leadership, direction and motivation to the Practice Team
    • Working in alignment with other Consulting Practice Managers
    • Provide support to the Consulting Sales function to sell new business and farm existing
    • Manage the performance of the professional consultants
    • Balancing the competency needs of the business with the individual aspirations of the professional Consultants
    • Analysing and interpreting the likely demand for the Practice in order to ensure appropriate availability of consulting resources
    • Promote the current competence availability to the Sales Organisation
    • Providing thought leadership for a specific practice competency (e.g Estimation) and organising a virtual team of qualified consultants in this discipline across the practice.
    • Work with the sales organisation in order to balance the needs of the customers with the Practice’s ability to deliver consulting Services
    • Ensure scope & expectations for projects are defined
    • Set Objectives for, and review the performance of Consultants, taking action to ensure targets are set
    • Create and agree development and training needs on an ongoing basis
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback

    Cloud Automation and Tooling Engineer (DevOps) required.

    Our Middlesex based client seeks an experienced Cloud Automation and Tooling Engineer (DevOps) with the following must have skills and experience:

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 5 years working in a production cloud or large enterprise IT environment supporting the required technologies.
    • Role would suit an experienced System Administrator with a background in scripting or similar roles.

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    Technical Skills

    • System administration skills in the following operations systems:
      • Linux (Ubuntu preferably but any enterprise distribution will be considered)
      • Windows Server (2016 preferred but other versions will be considered)
    • Operational experience in supporting three or more of the following middleware products:
      • Weblogic Server or Microsoft IIS web server
      • Oracle Database or Microsoft SQL server
      • Nginx web server or Apache/OHS web server
      • Docker
      • Kubernetes
    • Scripting experience in two or more of the following languages
      • Terraform
      • Powershell
      • Bash
      • Ansible
    • Exposure to one or more of the following data description languages:
      • JSON
      • YAML
    • Exposure to one or more of the following CI/CD tool sets
      • Jenkins
      • Gitlab
      • Azure pipelines
    • Operational Experience of the Azure cloud platform

    Our client is also offering flexible working conditions with remote working also an option with the odd travel to the offices in Middlesex.

    Monday – Friday 8.30-5.30 ( 30 mins Lunch) ( 40 hours)

    £10 per hour

    50% FLT 50% warehouse duties

    Key Responsibilities,

    • Carry out pick, pack tasks, in all areas using RF handheld devices from Reach FLT’s
    • Ensure that personal and warehouse targets are achieved as well as meeting customer’s requirements and maintaining quality standards.
    • Load / unload and put away.
    • Take part in daily stock checks / investigations.
    • Communicate effectively to enable other warehouse staff to carry out their job.

    Mastery & Excellence

    • Good knowledge of equipment / processes and procedures.
    • Keeps work area tidy. Helps with general housekeeping. Puts items no longer required into correct storage area. Skills
    • Demonstrates an understanding of how their role, and the various roles of others, contributes to the success of the business.
    • Knowledge of Warehouse environment and Warehouse processes.
