SELECTION: We don’t just send CVs.
All of our candidates undergo a thorough assessment and selection process. This includes competency based pre-screening interviews, which can be conducted in our office, over the phone or video conference.

All applicants will get a company and vacancy briefing as well as an assessment of the candidates’ motivations and background to ensure the best possible cultural fit. We have the ability to complete pre-technical testing or assessments on our clients’ behalf (if requested) and any necessary reference checks

PLACEMENT MANAGEMENT: Our consultants are trained to handle all aspects of candidate placements to ensure the final offer stage is managed effectively and seamlessly.

This includes on-hand advice throughout the process, all candidate communication, feedback and complete management of the offer and negotiation stages.
