We are currently recruiting for a dynamic self starter recruitment consultant in Leicester, the candidate must have previous experience within Industrial recruitment/account management experience. Fantastic opportunity for the right person.
Duties will include:
- Filling shifts
- Advertising
- Working on Industrial roles
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Managing a warm desk
- Managing key clients
- Interviewing candidates
- Checking eligibility to work
- Working on temp roles for large projects
Applicants must have the following:
- Agency Recruitment experience in a 360 capacity
- Good attitude
- Motivated and driven
- Able to manage many tasks at one time
- Detailed and organised
