Waiting Staff

We are recruiting experienced waiters to join our team for exclusive events at a 5 star hotel in Chandler’s Cross Watford. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a refined service team, working in a prestigious environment where attention to detail and exceptional service are important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attending to guests with professionalism, serving a variety of refined dishes, premium beverages, including champagne, fine wines, and other alcoholic drinks during lunch and dinner services.
• Providing exemplary tea, coffee, and breakfast service, with freshly baked croissants and delicacies to create an exceptional start to the day.
• Assisting with the setup of tables and contributing to the preparation of high-end events, including weddings, conferences, and special gatherings.
• Ensuring all glassware, cutlery, and dining items are polished to perfection, maintaining the highest standard of presentation.
• Collaborating with event managers to ensure smooth service delivery and seamless coordination throughout the event.
• Following instructions with flexibility, completing any additional tasks assigned by management to ensure exceptional service standards are met.

Requirements:

• Local candidates are preferred, but reliable commuters who can easily travel to Watford/Chandler’s Cross will also be considered. Candidates with the ability to drive to the location are highly encouraged to apply.
• A professional appearance is essential, with a long-sleeved white shirt, black trousers, black shoes, black socks, and a black tie.
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but a strong work ethic and enthusiasm are equally valued.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must, with the ability to adapt quickly and perform to the highest standards.
• A team player with excellent communication skills, committed to delivering top-tier service.
