Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail management, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve store objectives.
Experience in the pawnbroking, buyback, used electronics sector is essential.
Duties
- Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping experience.
- Oversee stock management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures.
- Implement sales management strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge and customer engagement techniques.
- Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand’s values and standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive sales performance.
