Job Description: Customer Service and Administration Role
Duties:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
– Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and order status
– Process customer bookings and enquiries efficiently
– Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Follow company policies and procedures for customer service
– Build relationships with customers and offer them training and services dependant on their needs
Skills:
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in using customer service software and systems
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel & Word.
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
