We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-presented.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens in a timely manner.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the establishment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
