Fragile Goods Packer

Overview

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packed efficiently and accurately, ready for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Duties

• Pack products securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring that all items are protected during transit.
• Professionally packing items as per prescribed processes
• Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels.
• Load and unload goods from vans, ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying the accuracy of shipments against orders.
• Handle materials with care, always adhering to safety protocols.

Skills / Competencies

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
• Experience in , FRAGILE, LARGE, AWKWARD and VALUABLE packing processes is preferred.
• Care and attention to detail
• Able to work quickly and using own initiative
• A true team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.44/h

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
