Depot Operative

Full job description

Main purpose of Job

To work as part of busy and hardworking Production team and ensuring site safety.

Key responsibilities:

• Running the bagging plant
• Moving and repositioning aggregates within bays and around the depot
• Assisting other Depot Operatives
• Keeping the site safe and tidy

Person Specification

• Good communication skills
• Flexible, with ‘can do’ attitude
• Experience of driving Telescopic Handlers or Forklift Trucks would be beneficial, but not essential

Working hours: 40hours per week. Monday to Friday between the hours of 0700-1700,

Job Types: Full-time,

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Loading Shovel: 1 year (preferred)
• Excavator 360: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Loading Shovel (preferred)
• Excavator 360 (preferred)
