Are you confidential, reliable with great timekeeping, self motivated and conscientious? This is an admin role, in a Hospital with a variety of responsibilities. You will be a member of the admin team sharing the tasks and full training will be given.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise your workload. A flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach is essential.
The main duties are ;
- Data Inputting using Excel and other computer programmes
- Emailing Etiquette is very important
- Receiving and making calls to NHS service dept
- Scrutinising & Verifying invoices
- Collating data and transferring it to the relevant depts
