Our client is one of the UK’s leading Converged ICT Service Providers, helping organisations evolve from traditional technology environments.
The role is to provide 3rd line support on the service desk. They operate a Pod system where customers are allocated into a specific pod which contains 1st, 2nd and 3rd line engineers in addition to a Pod manager and a Service Delivery Manager.
- 5 years in a support/service desk role, ideally in a commercial environment
- Strong understanding of Windows Server/Exchange, Citrix, VMware, Azure and O365
- Some knowledge of Networking and firewalls but doesn’t have to be as in depth as the above.
