OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
We are looking for the right candidate that can fit in to our dynamic environment and help us manage and develop the significant number of leads and contacts that we already have. Additional leads are also generated through our extensive Marketing campaigns.
This role is to make calls to industry contacts from our existing database, in order to identify key decision makers and to generate enough interest for them to talk to our Sales teams about their labelling requirements. We also host regular webinars and online demo’s that you will be required to invite prospects to.
A successful track record in cold-calling and the confidence to talk to business executives and key decision makers, is essential. You will need to have a strong desire to succeed and the ambition to progress through the company as it continues to grow.
As a frontline representative of the company, the successful candidate will need to be articulate, polite and professional and will have the interpersonal skills needed to quickly build relationships with our customers, prospects and colleagues alike.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will consist of arranging qualified telephone appointments with SMEs across the medical device industry, but potentially across other Life Sciences sectors as well…. Our only limitation is getting enough high-calibre people to support the growth into these additional markets.
The main duties of this role are:
·To set up telephone meetings for the Sales teams
·Maintaining call volumes needed to generate new telephone appointments for the Sales and Business Development teams
·To work closely with the SaaS business development and lead management teams
·Identifying key decision makers through cold calling our existing database
·To maintain a record of telephone conversations in the CRM system
·To respond quickly and professionally to incoming leads
·Use own initiative to identify and verify sources of potential new leads and contacts
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
·Proven track record of successful cold-calling experience is essential for this role
·Full training will be given, but a basic understanding Cloud/SaaS technology would be advantageous
·Must be tenacious and ambitious in order to achieve high call volumes and succeed in arranging follow-up calls/meetings
·Organised with the ability to plan schedules, set priorities and achieve target number of calls each day
·Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
·Used to exceeding targets with high quality work
·Organised and self-motivated, with the discipline to be a self-starter as well as a team player
·Native English speaker or equivalent fluency in English
·Fluency in another European language could be a distinct advantage
·Previous knowledge and experience working with Life Sciences organisations is not a requirement, but would also be advantageous
·You will need to be a quick learner, with the ability to understand new concepts and subjects easily
