  • Be currently working in a busy kitchen at a Supervisory level
  • Looking for next move up the ladder
  • Not necessary to be a Pastry Chef, but willing to learn
  • Looking for better hours = 10am-7pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8.30-12.30pm
  • Good positive attitude
  • Looking for a long term commitment, a few years at least
