Our Buckinghamshire based client seeks a 1st Line Support Technician with the following must have skills and experience:
Minimum of 12 months commercial experience.

Essential:

Windows 7, 8 and 10

Active Directory

Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016

Basic Network Connectivity Troubleshooting inc TCP/IP

Office 365

Hardware and software troubleshooting skills inc Laptops/Desktops

Work to SLA’s

Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be eligible to live and work in the UK without any restrictions.
