Our London based client seeks an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer with the following must have skills and experience:


•Windows 7 / 8 / 10

•Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012 R2 / 2016

•Apple OSX / iOS

•Microsoft Office 365

•Active Directory

•Basic Networking (IP addressing / routing)

•System Imaging (Clonezilla / WDS)

•Audio Visual Support

•Telephone system administration


•DHCP / DNS / Group Policy

•VMware Administration

•Advanced Networking (VLANs, ACLs, CLI)

•Firewall Administration

•SQL Administration / IIS Administration

•Alcatel-Lucent telephone administration

Candidates must excellent communication skills and be eligible to live and work in the UK without any restrictions.
