    CRM Analyst – 12 month FTC – Remote working

    Job Description

    Our award winning Berkshire based client seeks an experienced CRM Analyst on an FTC to cover maternity leave. The contract will be 11-12 months long. The role is offering full or part remote working.

    Skills and experience:
    • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics
    • Experience/Knowledge of SQL server analysis service and SQL server integration services.
    • Previous experience in developing and maintaining Data Warehouse.
    • Experience in using and building Power BI dashboards.
    • Knowledge of Dotmailer or DotNetNuke is desirable.
    • Experience using Microsoft Visio, MS Project and Excel.
    • Development – Design and build CRM custom forms, system views, personal views, CRM/Power BI dashboards, business workflows and email/letter templates as required by the organisation and in accordance to agreed requirements.
    • Deployment – Work with BIU team colleagues and third-party CRM solutions provider and IT team to manage periodic Silver bear sprint deployments and releases; Co-ordinate with departments and stakeholders on UAT testing and sign off.

    As a result of continuous business growth they are looking to recruit a Co-ordinator/Planner to join our Transport Department team. We have a fleet of 6 Lorries, 4 Trailers and 8 Vans.

    Requirements for the right candidate:

    English and Maths

    Highly organised manner with excellent communicator skills both orally and in writing

    Coordinating and planning in a calm and timely manner

    Geographical knowledge of the UK

    Computer Literate

    Transport knowledge an advantage

    Full UK Driving Licence

    Duties

    • Working closely with our Drivers, Yard Managers, Sales Managers and Customers planning the deliveries and collections in a professional confident and timely manner.
    • Effectively routing vehicles in a cost efficient and safe manner.
    • Accurately recording and responding to all transport service requests in line with the previously agreed internal or external customer requirements.
    • You will have great communication skills and be able to develop good working relationships with drivers, colleagues and customers.
    • Ensuring deliveries and collections adhere to safety standard and the company’s core business values.
    • Promoting a strong health and safety work ethic and ensure the business remains compliant with transport policies and procedures and legislation.
    • Acting on transport requirements as they vary from day to day.
    • Vehicle maintenance management, bookings for MOT, regular checks etc.
    • The ability to stay calm under pressure, multi-task and prioritise workload.
    • Strong attention to detail and desire to get things right with an enthusiastic and desire to do what is required to support the business.
    • Organised and able to work on own initiative, with a confident hands on approach.

    Full time, Permanent; Monday to Friday

    Hours 07.00 to 17.00 – Hours to be flexible as per needs of the business – including half hour lunch break

    Experience

    1 year minimum in an office environment.

    Transport knowledge an advantage

    Skills

    MS Office Suite: Primarily Excel, Word and Outlook.

    Highly organised, punctual, polite, professional and courteous towards customers.

    Be an effective communicator both orally and in writing and possess an excellent telephone manner.

    Manage daily contact with customers and suppliers by email and telephone.

    Possess knowledge and use of a database application system an advantage.

    Ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision and having an organised and thorough approach to work.

    Ability to successfully prioritise, manage time and resources, displaying effective interpersonal skills.

    Have a flexible approach to work and display a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities, working alone or as part of a team.

    General office administration: perform tasks requested by the Transport Team. Document filing up to date on a daily basis.

    Assistance with daily Office operations as required.

    Job Type: Full-time – 07:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday office based  (1 hour for lunch)

    Salary: £19,500 to £21,000 year depending on experience.
